What we collect and why

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number (if given) and the content of your message. We use this only to answer your question, test your samples, send you proposals and follow up on your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to a customer relationship. Data we must keep for tax purposes is kept for seven years.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Our website is hosted by [HOSTING PROVIDER] and our email by [EMAIL PROVIDER]. Both process data on our behalf.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@relay3d.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
