Most SLS users end up with aged powder that no longer prints well. We take that powder and restore it to ready-to-print quality.

How rejuvenation works

We work as your toll manufacturing partner: your powder, our process.

  1. Send a sample

    Tell us which printer and powder you use and send us a sample of your aged material.

  2. Lab test and proposal

    We test the sample in our lab and send you a proposal for your volume.

  3. Rejuvenation

    Your powder is processed in our plant in Weert.

  4. Back in your printer

    You receive tested, ready-to-print powder for your next builds.

Our in-house lab checks the properties that decide whether a powder prints reliably.

  • Thermal behaviour, so the material prints at standard settings
  • Particle size and shape, for consistent bed density and surface quality
  • Flowability, for reliable recoating and uniform layers
